All course content, materials, quizzes, and branding on this platform are the intellectual property of Aika AI Academy. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without written permission.

6. Advertising

Our platform may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements. Ad revenue helps us keep the platform free for all users.

7. Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific career or business outcomes from completing our courses. Information is kept up to date but the AI field changes rapidly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aika AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (which is zero, as our platform is currently free).

• Google Sign-in: If you use Google to sign in, we receive your name and email from Google

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in India (asia-south1, Mumbai region). Firebase complies with international data protection standards.
